A diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons, Dr. Brian Daubs is currently the Chief of Surgery at Animal Specialty & Emergency Hospital in Rockledge, Florida, where he provides a number of services for small animals. Dr. Daubs is well versed in hip operations, elbow repair, and fractures in various parts of the canine and feline body; other procedures he is called on to perform include nephrectomy, gastropexy, airway, liver, and intestinal surgery. Dr. Brian Daubs maintains a particular interest in circular ring fixation, for more involved fractures, as well as minimally invasive operations.
Before heading the surgery department at ASEH, Dr. Brian Daubs established his own small-animal practice, Treasure Coast Veterinary Surgical Service, he also spent three years at Veterinary Surgical Center, in Stuart, Florida, where he performed total hip arthroplasties, stifle procedures, and a variety of other operations for the abdomen and thorax. Aside from his affiliation with the American College of Veterinary Surgeons, he holds membership in professional groups such as the Florida Veterinary Medical Association and the Brevard County Veterinary Medical Association.
